Muratec Ball Screw Press Brake BB series is driven by AC servo motor and ball screw mechanism. It has reached high productivity with a fast ram and back gauge plus extremely consistent repeat accuracy.
Ball screw drive
The ram shaft drive enables high-speed movement at 100mm/sec and stable repeatstop accuracy by adopting a ball screw drive mechanism by AC servo motor and ball screw drive. This is a drive method superior in environmental performance including being oilless and noise reduction by the reducer.

User-friendly Operating Panel and Completely Renewed User Interface
For Advanced Version, we adopt 21.5-inch wide display as an operating panel, We coped with multi-touch and improved operability. Also, user interface was completely renewed to enhance the operator support function such as the Announce Indicator that informs operator of machine condition.
