High precision length measurement with fiber sensor

When you press "Measure" from the brush setting screen, the brush rotates and descends to determine the machining standard position.

The “Measure” process can also be selected from "at startup" and "arbitrary“ options, and it is possible to measure the length at each startup or use it only when desired.

The fiber sensor detects the tip of the rotating brush and determines the brush height origin.

The precise setting capability of the origin positions on this machine ensure the reliable performance of this machine.

New 3x2 brush layout

With a new 3x2 brush layout, effective deburring area has been greatly improved. Burrs and corners can be ground from all angles by combining the trajectory and rotation axes.
