In sheet metal processing, process consolidation has been achieved with advanced machines and removing burr from forming and small bending of thin metal sheet as well as rough edges and dross from laser processing has been an raising issue.
By adopting a new system of beating with brush spinning instead of scraping with brush spinning, stabler deburring has been achieved. The various brush movements have made it possible to give the whole metal sheet an even-deburring effect and to remove burr with minimum scratches on the surface of surface treated steel sheet and stainless steel.

With the aid of suction on the conveyor belt, small and non-magnetic work pieces can be deburred.
