Murata Machinery, Ltd. is pleased to announce that we and our subsidiary, Horibe Machinery, Co.,Ltd. will integrate business operations as of April 1, 2023. Murata Machinery, Ltd. will be the surviving company.

Since its foundation in 1938, Horibe Machinery has provided a wide variety of machine tools to meet the market needs. After becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Murata Machinery in October 2018, it has been actively working together with Murata Machinery to provide more diverse solutions. 

Following such collaboration made so far, we now intend to greatly boost the synergy with this business integration to make our proposal capabilities even more attractive.

Muratec CCS, Ltd., one of Murata Machinery’s group companies, will take over the after-sales service for the products of Horibe Machinery. New terms and conditions will be announced shortly.
