Software License Agreement

• The use of software is authorized only in the country of your purchase for the purpose of using respective products supplied by Murata Machinery, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Muratec).
  
  
• The user is not allowed to alter, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or de-assemble all or any part of the downloaded software.
  
  
• The supplier does not offer any guarantee whatsoever regarding the software, including the appropriateness of the software for particular purposes of the user or that the software is free of defects.
  
  
• The user is not allowed to distribute the software via phone-line or network, or copy the software to floppy disks,CD-ROM, magnetic tapes, or any other recording media for the purpose of assignment, sale, or rent to a third party with authorization of use.
  
  
• Under any circumstance,Muratec cannot be held liable for damage arising from the use of software,or inoperability thereof, including lost opportunities for potential earnings, lost data, suspension of business operation, and other indirect, circumstantial, coincidental or consequential damages. This applies even when Muratec has been informed in advance of the possibilities of such damages.
