I have been captivated by VORTEX since I first saw it. Being deeply in love with VORTEX, I have developed VORTEX product lines for various items.
VORTEX compares favorably with quality yarns such as compact yarn, Siro yarn and Siro Compact yarn which have a good reputation for having less hairiness. VORTEX's functionalities, such as less hairiness and resistance to pilling, are created by its unique structure, and are far superior to those of other quality yarns.
Take rayon for example.
Until now rayon has been mainly used for part of innerwear and underwear and it has not been considered to be used for outerwear. VORTEX, however, reversed that stereotype. VORTEX yarn creates an appropriate resiliency and elasticity for rayon materials to be used for items such as jackets and blousons, for which cotton has been taken for granted to be used.
In addition, though rayon has not been used in summer clothing due to not being suitable for hot weather, now VORTEX yarn can give it a dry texture for it to be used in three seasons: spring, summer and autumn.
Even from a knitter's point of view, VORTEX has a variety of advantages, such as the easiness to knit when inserting spandex in addition to the considerably smaller amount of fly waste compared to ordinary yarns. VORTEX yarn's less hairiness and anti-pilling can even easily solve problems that occurred with ordinary rayon fabric while dyeing and processing.
Fabric made of VORTEX yarn is beautiful and has a good texture that can be recognized at a glance.
Actually, it is adopted by world-famous apparel manufacturers as a jacket fabric in this season. Of course, it is perfect for items such as knit wear. The pilling-less feature also appeals to Japanese apparel companies who pay strict attention to quality.
