In South India, like you why there are a lot of famous fine count cotton yarn spinner ?
Mr. T. R. Jayaraman

Basically the cotton available in south India is very fine and extra long. Other than this, the spinning skill is very good in south India for making the fine yarn.
Is there any special concerning point to make fine count yarn ?
Mr. T. R. Jayaraman

To make the fine count yarn, the basic is the selection of raw material and elimination of contamination. The quality is very sensitive in fine counts even small variation in process will effect down stream process.
Is there any important point on 21C winder to maintain the good quality of fine count yarn ?
Mr. T. R. Jayaraman

Definitely PAC 21 is a good function in making a good package for better un-winding. The straight yarn path of the machine is helping to reduce the increase of imperfections even at high speeds.

Please rate our No.21C Process Coner. What were the excellent points when you decide No.21C ?
Mr. T. R. Jayaraman

We had some good experience with the previous model of Muratec and it has given us higher productivity with low power consumption and lower amount of waste.

When Muratec introduced 21C, we are the first to go for it. We found 21C was giving at least 10 to 15% more productivity than their previous model and also it has got a lot of features which are helping us for more productivity, easy inter active maintenance, yarn and package quality. Also we have a great flexibility of introducing the optional items (PERLA-A/D, Dye package, etc.) to meet specific market requirement.

Mr. T. R. Jayaraman

Keeping the international market in mind we have upgraded our machinery in the last few years and achieved a quality which is acceptable by the international market.

Our major thrust is to maintain a consistent acceptable quality with a competitive price. We are planning to diversify in the path of forward integration like wider width looms, gassing and mercerizing for more value addition.
