What is the reason why Textil Carmem became first spinning mill to produce viscose yarns on VORTEX 861 in Latin America ? |
According to Mr.Cleber, he is impressed with new technology which is different from ring spinning as well as Open-end spinning and has been thinking how to put value added on his product.
His main attention for value added is low pilling character of VORTEX yarns and he made final decision last year to purchase two sets of VORTEX861 as first step.
Today he has been sending yarns to knitters & weavers and getting good feedback from them. He is now thinking that he should replace remaining ring spinning frames with VORTEX861 in near future.
After first order from Carmem, we have received additional orders from other spinning mills in Brazil and hope that VORTEX yarn will be more popular in the market soon.
Mr. Cleber also commented that he is very satisfied with service from us, especially Murata Do Brasil. Textil Carmem is originally the customer of winding machines and has been using two sets each of Mach Coner & Process Coner without any problem.

Textil Carmem is located at Itapira which is 180km away from Sao Paulo city and is now one of the most focused spinning mills in Brazil.
Since Textil Carmem is first spinning mill to produce viscose yarns on VORTEX 861 spinning machine in Latin America. The mill was established in 1988 and has been headed by Mr. Cleber Elias Moises - Director together with his father.
Today the main production of this mill is viscose and modal yarns by using domestic as well as imported fiber. The name of Carmem comes from his mother.
