| Textile machines create the fabrics that color the scenes of life. Because they add prosperity to lifestyles, and for customers who use them, we desire that our textile machines are an affluent source of creative inspiration. Creation of the rich quality aspired for and development of wholly new value - more than anything else, our first consideration is the quality of yarn and fabric products. No less important is making machines even friendlier to users and to the global environment. These are the textile machines we aim to deliver. Sharing Your Life - Muratec textile machinery colors the scenes of life. This is our concept for the 21st century. ![]() Muratec or Murata Machinery was founded in 1935 to manufacture jacquard machines. For the first time in history, Muratec developed technology of the Mach Splicer for the production of knotless yarn. Based on this technology, our Mach Coner has become the world's top selling automatic winder. Today, Muratec technological prowess encompasses the entire spectrum of textile machinery, from the manufacture of yarns and fabrics - using air-vortex spinners, air-jet spinners, automatic winders, synthetic fiber machines, automatic transportation systems and shedding motions - to plants systematized with CIM technology. In December 1999, the respected publication Textile World choose the 50 people having the biggest impact on textiles during the 20th century. Mr. Junichi Murata, the chairman of Murata Machinery, was one of the 50. Textile World said the reason was "spearhead development of: air-splicing of yarn, which contributed in large part to high-speed, super-long, linked ring-spinning machines; peg-tray bobbin transport, which also enhanced the linked spinning-winding concept and has been adapted for material handling systems in a variety of ways; nip-belt twisting in filament yarns that enhances yarn quality and the production of micro-denier and novelty yarns; air-jet spinning, which has had a profound effect on production of manmade and blend yarns; vortex spinning which now has fastest takeup speed of any spinning system commercially available. from "Textile World", 1999 December issue, An INTERTEC/PRIMEDIA Publication, GA, U.S. As an innovative world leader in textile machinery, Muratec helps provide people around the world with the textile they want by engaging in continuous research and development that strives for high-quality, labor-saving machinery suitable for diversified production. Our corporate goal is to realize an affluent society and to satisfy our customers by providing the perfect products for every needs. |
