外国人奨学金は、日本に留学されておられる外国人学生の研究を支援するために、平成12年度から開始しました。奨学生の方には、研究支援費として、それぞれ年間15万円を支給しています。

■応募資格■

(1)勉学または研究のための在留資格「留学」(College Student)で在日している外国人留学生
(2)同大学に正規生として1年以上在学している学部生及び大学院生(修士･博士課程)
(3)専攻分野は、経済学・法学・工学系
(4)学業・人物ともに優秀であり、かつ、健康である者
(5)学資の調達が困難と認められる者
(6)日本語による意思伝達ができる者

＊研究生・研修生・専攻生・聴講生・交換留学生は含まれません。
＊海外からのご応募は受け付けておりません。

FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
(DOMESTIC)

The Foundation awards scholarships to foreign students studying in Japan.
Please be advised that details below sometimes change from year to year.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the scholarship, the student must satisfy ALL of the requirement criteria below.

1. The student must be qualified to the resident's status of "college student" and does not possess Japanese citizenship.

2. He or she must be a regular student of a university or a graduate school, who has been enrolled in the same school for over a year.

3. The student must be majoring one of the following fields : Economics, Law, Engineering.

4. His or her academic achievement as well as moral character is exemplary. Also, he or she must be in good health.

5. The student must be considered to be in need of financial aid due to extenuating financial circumstances.

6. The student must be able to carry an everyday conversation in Japanese.

＊ The term "regular student" does not include research students, trainees, special students, audit students or exchange students.
＊ We do not accept any applications from those living outside of Japan.

SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS

Research Support : JPY150,000 a year
Duration of Scholarship : 1 year
