Earthquake notification to customers

We understand and share your concern in regards to the recent devastating earthquake in Japan. Fortunately for us, the epicenter was quite a distance from our main offices in Kyoto, Ise, Kaga, Oita and Inuyama, and there are no damages in any of our facilities.

It may be possible that we may have some delays in travel and parts supply due to possible closure of roads, trains, shipping ports and airports, however our Special Customer Support Team is closely working with customers and we will do our best to provide smooth and necessary services in timely manner.
